In Kachin State, the terrorist military group attacked the Munglai Hkyet village IDP camp using heavy artillery and air strikes
On the night of October 9th, at 11:23 PM, A series of airstrikes and heavy weapons fires were carried out by the terrorist military group in Munglai Hkyet village.
Within the barrage of gunfire, high explosive bombs were deployed, resulting in a radius of impact extending up to 200 feet from the explosion's epicenter. This tragically claimed the lives of local residents and refugees, including children, while others sustained injuries.
Among the dead were nine children, among them a two-month-old infant, and an 81-year-old individual.
