THE SYSTEMATIC ERASURE OF CIVILIAN EXISTENCE THROUGH PROPERTY DESTRUCTION IN MYANMAR (31st March,2026)

၂၀၂၁ ခုနှစ်ကတည်းကစလို့ “အိမ်” ဆိုတဲ့ အဓိပ္ပာယ်ဟာ မြန်မာပြည်သူတွေအတွက်တော့ နာကျင်စရာ ပြာပုံတွေ ဖြစ်နေခဲ့ရပါပြီ။

အကြမ်းဖက်စစ်အုပ်စုဟာ စစ်မြေပြင်မှာတင်မကဘဲ အရပ်သားပြည်သူတွေရဲ့ နေအိမ်တွေ၊ စာသင်ကျောင်းတွေ၊ ဆေးရုံတွေနဲ့ ဘာသာရေးအဆောက်အအုံတွေကိုပါ လက်နက်သဖွယ် အသုံးချကာ စနစ်တကျ မြေလှန်ဖျက်ဆီးနေတာဟာ လူထုရဲ့ တည်ရှိမှု၊ လူထုရဲ့ အားကို အမြစ်ဖြတ်ဖို့ ကြိုးစားနေခြင်းပဲ ဖြစ်ပါတယ်။

ဒီနေ့မှာတော့ အမျိုးသားညီညွတ်ရေးအစိုးရ၊ လူ့အခွင့်အရေးဆိုင်ရာဝန်ကြီးဌာန အနေနဲ့ အကြမ်းဖက်စစ်အုပ်စုကျူးလွန်နေတဲ့ သာမန်ဖျက်ဆီးမှုမဟုတ်တဲ့ လူထုကို အငတ်ဘေးဆိုက်အောင်  အိုးမဲ့အိမ်မဲ့ဖြစ်အောင် လက်နက်သဖွယ် အသုံးချနေတဲ့ “Property Destruction” ရာဇဝတ်မှုတွေ၊ ကျူးလွန်မှုတွေနဲ့ ပတ်သက်တဲ့ အသေးစိတ် အချက်အလက်တွေကို “မြန်မာနိုင်ငံအတွင်းရှိ အရပ်သားများ၏ ပိုင်ဆိုင်မှုများကို ဖျက်ဆီးခြင်းဖြင့် လူနေမှုဘဝများအား စနစ်တကျ ပျက်စီးစေခြင်း” (The Systematic Erasure of Civilian Existence through Property Destruction in Myanmar) အစီရင်ခံစာ အဖြစ် တရားဝင် ထုတ်ပြန်လိုက်ပါတယ်။ 

အစီရင်ခံစာပါ အဓိကအချက်အလက်များ – 

📍 ၂၀၂၁ ဖေဖော်ဝါရီမှ ၂၀၂၆ ဇန်နဝါရီအထိ မှတ်တမ်းတင်ထားသော လူ့အခွင့်အရေး ချိုးဖောက်မှုဖြစ်စဉ် ၂၃,၀၀၀ ကျော်။ 📍 ၎င်းတို့အနက် ဖြစ်စဉ် ၇,၅၀၀ ကျော်သည် ပိုင်ဆိုင်မှုများကို တိုက်ရိုက်ဖျက်ဆီးခဲ့သော ဖြစ်စဉ်များဖြစ်ခြင်း။ 

📍 လေကြောင်းတိုက်ခိုက်မှုပေါင်း ၂,၂၉၃ ခုဖြင့် အရပ်ဘက် အခြေခံအဆောက်အအုံများကို ခွဲခြားမှုမရှိဘဲ ပစ်မှတ်ထားခဲ့ခြင်း။ 

📍 စစ်ကိုင်းယူနစ်သည် အဖျက်ဆီးခံရဆုံး ဒေသဖြစ်ပြီး တစ်နိုင်ငံလုံးအတိုင်းအတာဖြင့် ဘာသာရေးအဆောက်အအုံ ၈၇၀ ကျော်၊ စာသင်ကျောင်း ၅၇၂ ကျောင်းနှင့် ဆေးရုံ ၁၈၀ ကျော် ပျက်စီးဆုံးရှုံးခဲ့ရခြင်း။

ဒီအစီရင်ခံစာဟာ စစ်အုပ်စု ကျူးလွန်နေတဲ့ စစ်ရာဇဝတ်မှုတွေအတွက် ခိုင်မာတဲ့ သက်သေအထောက်အထားတွေဖြစ်သလို နိုင်ငံတကာအသိုက်အဝန်းအနေနဲ့ မြန်မာပြည်သူတွေဘက်က အမြန်ဆုံး ရပ်တည်ပေးဖို့ တိုက်တွန်းချက်လည်း ဖြစ်ပါတယ်။

Since 2021, the concept of “Home” has been reduced to painful piles of ashes for the people of Myanmar.

Beyond the battlefield, the terrorist military junta has been weaponizing the destruction of civilian homes, schools, hospitals, and religious buildings. This systematic “scorched-earth” policy is a deliberate attempt to erase civilian existence and crush the collective resilience of the people.
Today, the Ministry of Human Rights of the National Unity Government officially releases a detailed report titled “The Systematic Erasure of Civilian Existence through Property Destruction in Myanmar.” This report exposes how property destruction is being used as a strategic weapon to trigger mass displacement and induce starvation—crimes that go far beyond mere physical damage.
Key Findings of the Report:
* Documented Violations: Between February 2021 and January 2026, over 23,000 cases of human rights violations were recorded, with more than 7,500 cases involving direct property destruction.
* Indiscriminate Aerial Attacks: A total of 2,293 aerial attacks were carried out, characterized by the indiscriminate targeting of civilian infrastructure.
* Regional Impact: Sagaing Region remains the epicenter of destruction. Nationwide, over 870 religious buildings, 572 schools, and 180 healthcare facilities have been decimated.
This report serves as irrefutable evidence of war crimes committed by the military junta and stands as an urgent appeal to the international community to stand in solidarity with the people of Myanmar.
