The Ministry of Human Rights (MOHR) as one of the ministries of the National Unity Government (NUG) has programmed and planned to systematically document several years of human rights violations (HRVs) taking place in Myanmar, worsening violations particularly after the military coup and crime against humanity enabling the path to bring accountability and criminal justice to those who commit these violations. The Union Minister (UM) U Aung Myo Min has met with both national and international organisations regarding documentation on the 18th May 2021 to discuss the best way to document systematically and to utilise this collected information in an effort to seek truth and justice.
In the meeting, the organisations shared their experience with collecting information, knowledge on how to collect as well as ways and means in how to collaborate together. The UM expressed that all the information about human rights violation collected this time would be used as evidence in bringing truth and justice one day and thus absolutely vital to collect them systematically, crucial that everyone collaborate and cooperate together to ensure information collected are verifiable and factual, confidentiality and secure storage of collected information and asked the meeting comers to safeguard the safety of those who provide HRVs to the MOHR.
ပြည်ထောင်စုဝန်ကြီးက ပြန်လည်ဆွေးနွေးရာတွင် လူ့အခွင့်အရေးချိုးဖောက်မှု နှင့် စပ်လျဉ်းသည့် အချက်အလက်များသည် တစ်ချိန်တွင် အမှန်တရားဖော်ထုတ်ရန်အတွက် အရေးကြီးသော သက်သေအထောက်အထားများဖြစ်သည့်အတွက် အချက်အလက်များကို စနစ်တကျစုဆောင်းရန် လိုအပ်ကြောင်း၊ ယင်းသို့ စုဆောင်းသည့်နေရာတွင်လည်း တိကျခိုင်လုံပြီး အရေးကြီးသည့် မှတ်တမ်းအချက်အလက်များကို ရရှိရန်အတွက် အားလုံးက ညီညီညွတ်ညွတ်ဖြင့် တိုင်ပင်ညှိနှိုင်းဆောင်ရွက်မှုသည် အရေးကြီးပါကြောင်း၊ တိုင်ကြားလာသောအကြောင်းအရာအချက်အလက်များကို စိတ်ချလုံခြုံစွာဖြင့် အသုံးပြုနိုင်ရန် နှင့် ပေးပို့သူများ၏ အန္တရာယ်ကို အထူးကာကွယ်ပေးရန် လိုအပ်ကြောင်း မှာကြားပါသည်။
ဆက်လက်ပြီး တက်ရောက်လာသည့် အဖွဲ့များက လက်ရှိလုပ်ဆောင်နေသော အွန်လိုင်းတွင် အချက်အလက်များ စုဆောင်းသည့် လုပ်ငန်းကိစ္စများအကြောင်းကို ဖလှယ်ခြင်း၊ လုပ်ငန်းများထပ်နေခြင်းမျိုး မရှိစေရန်အတွက် ညှိနှိုင်းဆောင်ရွက်ခြင်းများကို ဆောင်ရွက်ခဲ့ပြီး ရှေ့ဆက်ပြီး မြန်မာနိုင်ငံအမျိုးသားညီညွတ်ရေး အစိုးရအတွက် လိုအပ်သောအချက်အလက်များ ပံ့ပိုးပေးနိုင်ရန် ပြင်ဆင်ခြင်းများ ညှိနှိုင်းဆောင်ရွက်ခဲ့ပါသည်။
သို့ဖြစ်ပါ၍ အမျိုးသားညီညွတ်ရေးအစိုးရ၊ လူ့အခွင့်အရေး ဝန်ကြီးဌာနအနေဖြင့် လူအခွင့်အရေးချိုးဖောက်မှု ကိစ္စရပ်များကို ပြည်သူလူထုကိုယ်တိုင်က တိုက်ရိုက်တိုင်ကြားနိုင်မည့် တိုင်ကြားမှုယန္တရားများ အမြန်ဆုံး ထူထောင်ခြင်း၊ အချက်အလက်များကို စိတ်ချလုံခြုံစွာဖြင့် ပေးပို့ အသုံးပြုနိုင်ရေးအတွက် လုံခြုံမှုဆိုင်ရာကိစ္စများကို အလေးထား ပြင်ဆင်ခြင်းများအား လုပ်ဆောင်သွားရန် ရှိပါကြောင်း၊ ထို့ပြင် မှတ်တမ်းစုဆောင်ခြင်းလုပ်ငန်းများတွင် ဝိုင်းဝန်းပါဝင်ကြသူများအနေဖြင့် စနစ်တကျ ဆောင်ရွက်နိုင်ရေးအတွက် သတင်းအချက်အလက်ကောက်ယူခြင်းနှင့် လုံခြုံရေးဆိုင်ရာ အသိပညာပေးမှုများ၊ ဆွေးနွေးပွဲများ၊ အရည်အချင်းမြှင့်တင်မှုလုပ်ငန်းများကိုလည်း ဆက်လက်လုပ်ဆောင်သွားမည် ဖြစ်ပါကြောင်း
